Over the last 2 months, our Operations team has been hard at work creating an online dashboard, which over time will give you much greater customisation of reports and more in-depth summaries of your greenhouse and energy performance, as well as comparisons to the best-performing properties in each category. The current version includes a summary of your organisations performance, consumption anomalies including the estimated cost associated with any peaks in energy, water or gas usage, and immediate access to case studies of top performing buildings.
Phase 1 of the new dashboard is now complete, so you can simply log-on to access all of this valuable new functionality.
Phase 2 is expected to be completed by late-2010/early-2011. It will allow for even greater customisation. In fact, each user and department within your organisation will use their unique log-in details to access data and information that is relevant to their area. This means that personnel and teams as diverse as Finance, Sustainability, Buildings Management and even Aquatic Centre Managers will have a specific dashboard that contains information related to their area of interest. In addition, we are in the process of tripling the number of Property Profiles available to you. These will detail sustainability information for assets that are top performers. This means that more than ever before you will have access to a comprehensive resource that will inform you about the types of technology other Councils are implementing, what it cost them, what it saved them and how they have found the experience.
